If you are located in the US, we ship our custom work with USPS, usually within 2–3 days. For customers in Canada and France, we use USPS, usually within 10–14 days.
We are extra cautious and careful during packaging to make sure your custom mirror does not break due to negligence on our end. However, if USPS is careless during transit, we cannot be responsible for breakage on their end.
We use recycled packing materials whenever possible for a more eco-friendly approach.
For Brooklyn customers, we provide a local pickup option. With this option, we refund the cost of shipping.
If your custom wall mirror is somehow broken in your home, please reach out to us. We may be able to repair it for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
