Each GlassRaw piece is handmade, delicate, and one of a kind. Shipping custom mirrors is a careful process, and while we know exactly how to package your mirror safely, we cannot guarantee that a returned item would be packaged safely enough by the customer to avoid damage in transit.
Because our handmade custom made mirrors are not mass-produced and cannot be easily recreated, we encourage you to make sure you absolutely love your piece before purchase.
